Returns

All full-priced items can be returned for an Online Credit Note (e-gift card) within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We do not provide refunds. You can use your Online Credit Note to purchase an alternative size or product. Our Online Credit Notes are valid for 6 months. You will be provided with an Online Credit Note less the cost of any postage you paid when placing your order (if postage was applicable)  (we allow one exchange per sale/order).

Strictly no returns on items purchased on Sale or with a Promotion Code - these are Final Sale items only. 

Strictly no returns on items purcahsed that are pre-order. These are ordered in at time of sale and cannot be returned for a store credit.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any form of returns on earrings, swimwear bottoms and one-piece swimwear (including sets).  

In order to receive an Online Credit Note, your return item must meet the following conditions: 

  • be received within 14 days of receiving your order (21 days for overseas parcels)
  • must be a full-priced item 
  • new and unworn 
  • all original swing tags attached 
  • no make-up or fake tan marks 
  • not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing power

We will inspect all return items upon receipt - any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage. We will not process returns until your item is received by us. 

HOW TO RETURN

Return must be lodged via email (hello@anjastore.com) within 7 days of receiving goods,  providing your return meets all of our return policy guidelines. We allow one exchange per sale/order. We will provide you with a RN once you have emailed. Returns made without an RN will be returned to the customer.

We recommend you use a tracking service when returning your goods,  as we will not be responsible for missing parcels or packages.

REFUNDS

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Anja Boutique is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay.

If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund. 

All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Anja Boutique's discretion.

ASSESSING THE RETURN

Returns are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the garment. Once your return has been accepted and processed you will be emailed an Online Credit Note. Returns can take 5-10 days to be processed.
